At Zenova, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@zenova.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item. We do not have the exchange option.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Not any restocking fee applicable.
